Our caviar products are delivered by DPD FRESH courier in DPD Fresh package, a package requiring a temperature regime, marked with a DPD Fresh service sticker, in order to ensure proper conditions when transporting this product and delivering it to the specified recipient.

The DPD Fresh service ensures that prepackaged food products sent in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania are transported within the temperature range from 0C to +4C (hereinafter referred to as the required temperature regime).

The DPD Courier Service has the necessary authorisation, suitable facilities, equipment, procedures, knowledge and experience, as well as competent staff and complies with Good Hygienic Practice (GHP) regulations to ensure the proper provision of the DPD Fresh service.

Following internal company processes and procedures. (P2.4.27), DPD undertakes to ensure the necessary temperature regime throughout the DPD Fresh package transport chain.

In order to control the required temperature regime during the provision of the DPD Fresh service, the company has installed a temperature control system in the entire transportation chain of DPD Fresh packages, which allows to react to changes in the temperature regime in real time, as well as, if necessary, to generate historical data about the former temperature regime of the Customer’s shipments. during package transportation.

In the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, DPD Fresh courier service delivers parcels on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the next working day after the order is sent from the Zarendom-Baltic.com office.

Delivery time

  • the order is paid by 12:00 p.m. on a working day, then the order is delivered to the buyer on the following working day;
  • they order is paid after 12:00 p.m. on a working day or at any time on a weekend (holiday), then the order will be delivered within 2 working days, as the courier service does not deliver on weekends (holidays).

Standard delivery time is 1-3 days from the moment of the order to the receipt of the package.

Shipping cost: additional (fuel and salary) fees are not applicable to the DPD fresh service:

Payment options:

  • With advance (bank) transfer: advance payments are made by bank transfer. If you order in advance, email you will receive our bank details and the order number assigned to the order by mail. When placing an order, please quote this order number along with your name/surname.
  • Via PayPal: After completing your order, PayPal will ask you to make the payment in a separate window. To do this, you must first register with PayPal.
  • It is not possible to pay in cash.
